Madara 33 parking fully switches to Snabb on 1 October

Dear Madara 33 owners, tenants and visitors,

From 1 October 2026, parking at Madara 33 will fully switch to the services of parking operator Snabb OÜ. Please also inform your employees, customers and visitors about this change.

PARKING RATES

Parking charges apply 24 hours a day, every day. The price is €0.75 for 30 minutes and €10 for 24 hours. Both prices include VAT. Monthly parking costs €40 + VAT. To arrange monthly parking, please send an application to info@madara33.ee.

PAYMENT

You can pay using the Snabb app or by sending an SMS to 1902. Please check the on-site parking signs for the correct zone code and payment instructions. Follow the new signs rather than the previous EuroPark zone code.

SITE ACCESS

Access hours without an access card remain unchanged: Monday–Friday, 08:00–20:00, and Saturday–Sunday, 09:00–15:00. An access card is required outside these hours. An open gate does not mean that parking is free.
